We give warranty that you will receive the products you bought undamaged. We pay special attention to prepering a safe package. However, if the model delivered to you is damaged as a result of inapropiate trasport conditions (on the side of the courier), please contact us. We will send you a new one or give you money back.

The customer may return unused, unopened product within 7 days after delivery. The refund for returned item will be transferred to a choosen bank account in 14 work days. We will not refund the shipping cost.

To make sure that packages containing returned products or complaints will be admitted, you have to contact us by e-mail before sending it back. At the same time, we inform that we will not accept any packeges returned to us without agreement.
